1. Contents of a valid notice
- which work of yours is concerned (a sample list is enough when there are many);
- the full URL on mature-cams.com that shows it;
- your name, a postal address, a telephone number and an email address so we can reply;
- a sentence confirming you believe in good faith that neither the right holder, nor someone acting for the holder, nor the law has permitted this use;
- a sentence, made under penalty of perjury, declaring every detail of the notice true, and you either own the right in question or act for whoever does;
- a handwritten or electronic signature.

2. Counter-notice
Material of yours came down and should not have? A counter-notice needs the same contact details, the URL where it used to be, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake, and your agreement that the federal district court for your judicial district (outside the US: any judicial district where we can be found) may hear the matter. Unless we learn within 10 to 14 business days that the complainant has gone to court, the material may return.
3. Repeat cases
A partner that keeps pointing visitors to infringing material loses its place in the guide permanently.
